I just dropped in unannounced as my battery was on its last legs - Zac was really helpful and friendly…changed over my battery ( it was a tricky changeover too)Will definitely be back when I need another one - also about $200 cheaper than the place down the road who also wanted to charge me a $130 re programming fee ..,when Zac told me all I needed to do was reset the date and time. Great customer experience - 5 stars!

Great Customer Service and products. Car battery failed over the Easter break (as they do!). Went in on the Saturday morning after getting enough power though the charger to start the car, all changed over in minutes without losing any of the vehicle electronics. Very professional. The new battery really is much better than the one supplied with the car . Will be going back next week to have my solar/accessories battery tested. Thanks Craig.

Craig gave us excellent service; changed both batteries in our 1999 Landcruiser without an appointment. We had to jump start the battery to get there and it appears he has plenty of stock. Thank you Craig - we were back on the road in no time.

Quickly diagnosed, my car’s battery was on its way out. Craig fitted a new one with care, all whilst helping a lady that needed a fast battery change as she was carrying frozen goods. Can’t fault the service. Will be a return customer. Not for a couple of years yet though I hope. I will be highly recommending this business in future. Thank you Craig.

Time for our second vehicle to have a new battery. At 4.5 years old the original had served us well. As there was some question if it was the car battery or the key battery Craig tested the car first. As ever, excellent service from Positive Batteries. Thank you.
