We have worked with Russell from Prime Document Solutions (previously Photon Copiers) since we were a fledgling business in 1999. Our first copier was a one page at a time job. Since then, we have had excellent support and service with purely Kyocera products. I always smile when I see other copier company cars outside neighbouring businesses on a regular basis, as we never have issues with our equipment.
