Remco Pool Covers & Products

I purchased a swimroll pool cover and motor to replace our existing one that we had for about 15 years. It had been damaged by hail and with a new grandchild coming, we wanted the pool to be as safe as it was when our kids were infants. Remco Service department quickly supplied a quote just before New Year. The new cover and motor arrived on schedule and were installed in a day. Thank you to Carolyn Kelly and Dave Farr who quoted and installed the cover respectively. Top notch service and easy to deal with.

We bought the Remco Swimroll pool cover about 6 years ago, We have a large 25m pool and we have never had an issue with the automated blanket opening or closing.The blanket has saved us a lot of money with pool chemicals and cleaning time. I have recently contacted the service department for a service checkup and was impressed by the process and response time to my request.This is a reliable product and a definite value add to our pool

I purchased the Remco PoolGuard to cover my 6m x 2.3m pool spa combo. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product. The cross woven polyester cover is PVC coated, anti-fungal treated and UV resistant and all anchors and fittings are stainless steel. Rolling the cover on and off can be done quickly and easily with the manual winder. I was also very surprised at how well the pool holds it temperature only dropping a couple of degrees overnight in winter. Great product and should last for years.

Was highly impressed with David, Peter and the team for installing our Remco Poolguard. Not only will it cut down cleaning time and water consumption for us with our new pool, the peace of mind it provides as an added safety with 6 kids at home is priceless.

I cannot recommend Remco more highly, particularly their service department. After losing my home in the 2020 bushfires, the rebuild of a new house and pool was both an exciting and emotional experience. The pool is the centre of the entertaining area and garden and plays an important role creating peace and tranquility. So imagine my concern when something went wrong with my new cover. It was only a minor thing, but it had stopped working. Remco service was immediately on the case, diagnosing the problem and working closely with the pool builder to rectify the issue. It had nothing to do with Remco - a small cable had come loose and tangled things. But they assumed responsibility and immediately worked to resolve the issue. It is now working flawlessly and I am happier than I was when it first went in. Chris from the service team is professional and delightful and if he is an ambassador for the Remco brand, then they are a great company to deal with. After buying a pool cover from Remco 12 months ago, 5 star experience , we needed an automatic winder which they delivered the very next day. They always corresponded with us to make sure everything was OK. Would recommend them very highly for any pool things.

The pool cover motor died despite extensive attempts by the Remco man to save it so it was replaced (with a 5 year guarantee). Unfortunately the old control box didn't talk to the new motor so that had to be replaced as well.Great product backed up by impressive staff at all levels but not cheap.

Highly recommend Remco for pool covers. They have installed our hard cover then replaced it after some hail damage, and have educated us well on how to maintain and look after it. Great service from start to finish and great quality products.

About 6 years ago, we had a odd-shaped" pool built. Given our specifications
