Had multiple trades people walking in and out of the procedure room, which I was in for two hours. Heard them having a chat with the staff about what test/procedure was going on. Absolute, complete disregard of privacy and respect for patients. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and unethical. Absolutely disgusting.

I recently took my mother to Lumus for bone scanning. All staff were very friendly and caring. Staff assisted my mother on and off machines and made us aware exactly what was happening for all procedures she had. The doctor also took time to speak with us. The service was great. I cannot fault it in anyway and highly recommend Lumus to anyone requiring nuclear medicine.

Parking when coming with someone in a wheelchair was very challenging if you are visiting the Picadilly centre office. The service by the technicians was great.

I'm very happy with my visit. The bone density test was quick and comfortable. The technician was good. I was, however, disappointed that I did not get the result right away, unlike in 2018 when I was given a copy of the result.

Four stars for reception staff and the technicians at the Dexas and MPS tests. However the nurse for MPS was running around late and disorganised, asking why I haven’t filled in the consent form while busy finding a vein. She was more worried about keeping the doctor waiting than my well being. Then the doctor came in without acknowledging my presence, addressing the nurse as if I was invisible. A couple of minutes on the thread mill he asked the nurse why I put my hands on the sides of the treadmill instead of at the front bars, then why was I walking! I blew my cool and told both of them to tell ME how I should walk…. I gathered the doctor saw my name, my age and my grey hair and came to the conclusion I couldn’t speak his language and I was deaf. No star for racism and ageism.

The technician was lovely. She administered a needle without any pain whatsoever. Incredible!
