A fantastic looking print job, with a tight deadline, personally delivered a day early, at a highly competitive price. What more could I want. Amazing. Had a last minute job that I needed for Friday. I called Wednesday afternoon, supplied the files on Thursday morning and they were able to squeeze me in at very reasonable cost and no crazy rush fees. I accidentally supplied the wrong file twice on Thursday morning and Dianna managed it like a pro. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and turnaround. I should also mention too that they print onsite (unlike a lot of companies who outsource), which is amazing as being able to pick up locally is such a bonus.

On Friday night, the Sydney Roller Derby is holding their “Pride Fight” event on Friday night to celebrate their many queer players.But earlier, the Sydney CBD franchise of Kwik Kopy denied to print stacks of flyers on the basis of religious belief.Store owner Wing Khong wrote a email to organisers after they requesting the print job.“We are into our 40th year of business, and it’s always been our aim to provide a consistent level of service and reliability. Leo, I am unable to print this job for you,” Mr Khong wrote.“I am a Christian, and my faith requires me to obey what the Bible teaches. I hope you understand.”

Its very rare you get great customer service these days but KKB were absolutely amazing. My job was done fast which exceeded my expectations. Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced. Highly recommended

The team at Bankstown Kwik Kopy is the best. They are extremely helpful and patient. I have had my DIME uniforms printed and logos put on my van and trailer. Everything happens with a quick turnaround time of around 4 to 5 days from drop off to pick up. Diana and Angie are great friendly people and go out of there way to help you the best they can. I asked for a poster to be laminated. I picked it up and to my disappointment, five insects were sandwiched between the laminate, causing marks in the front of the poster and dark shadows through the white border.I had to delicately use a razor to cut the back to extricate the impregnated foreigners.It was the obligation of the printer to check for any issues, remedy them and provide me with the best service. The poster was rolled up face out and I believe this was an attempt to hide the shoddy workmanship. I certainly would not be going back there again.I have checked the measurements given and the size of the poster and even that was cut wrong .The width was correct but the length was cut 50 mm too short. I measured it four times to make sure I gave you guys the right numbers. So, thanks for the offer for a refund but I can't afford to have anymore blatant mistakes.
