I had my first appointment today and honestly couldn't not be happier! This is the first time I feel like I've properly been listened to when explaining what I'd like to have done to my hair in terms of cut! This was the first time I've ever had my hair cut dry and my gosh what a difference! Its exactly what I wanted and I felt like my hairdresser (sorry her name has left me!) Actually cared about making my hair look as good as it could! Really appreciate the effort! Will definitely be coming back again!

On holiday in Australia and needed an interim haircut x 2. Contacted online, speedy response to query, appointment offered next day. Easy booking process and on arrival Sandy was friendly and listened to how we both have our hair cut and styled. Did a great job of cutting and gave good advice re new products.Will be our go to hairdresser when in Oz in the future. Thanks Profile Hair Design.

I came in to the salon and asked for highlights and a trim. I told the hairstylist exactly how much I wanted to cut off and she proceeded to cut of nearly triple what I asked!!! I’m extraordinarily distraught as I’ve always had long hair and it has never been so short. She also gave me the worst choppiest layers. The highlights were extremely lazily done and just sat on the top of my head. When I complained to Melissa and said I was unsatisfied with my appointment she was extremely hostile and rude. She didn’t offer any way to fix my hair except tried to book me in another appointment as if I’d let this place ever touch my hair again. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. So disappointed.

The salon is a small local business, is impeccably clean with truly lovely staff who have a wide range of knowledge ofhair products and styles to suit individualsIt is always a pleasure and fun to visit.
