Have had my hair cut here a few times by a few of the ladies and have been happy every time, most recently Denise did a great job. Need a bit more space in between the barber chairs though!

I went in with waist length hair and asked for an inch off the ends. Without asking or telling me what she was doing she shredded my hair all the way to my scalp. My hair is completely ruined, a mess of frizz and knots constantly because it's so fine. I was kind enough to remove my review thinking the owner would help sort this out despite the fact it will take years to recover. But instead I'm told the appalling condition my hair is now in is because I don't know how to look after it. I'm ashamed to be seen like this. I recommend you go anywhere else.

I often rave about the professionalism & quality that is Red Mo Robina as I would usually have my hair cut by Frank. However I went in yesterday for a tidy up and the female kiwi barber that cut my hair just didn’t seem all that switched on. She went on about certain things I didn’t care too much for and even stopped half way during the haircut to talk to someone else. As I was watching the rest of the shop the other female barbers had been very professional with their clients finishing on time. I watched as multiple clients had been finished from the other barbers and I was barely even started.At the end of the cut a barber shows you the back of your head. It’s just standard. However I had to ask to see it and she seemed reluctant to show. She also trimmed my beard and it’s now uneven on the sides.She just didn’t seem all that professional & distracted. (I completely understand having a conversation with your client about how they are however talking about multiple irrelevant topics to themselves didn’t give me the best vibe)

I’ve had one decent cut and 2 very average ones, not great odds.2 friends have given them a go and both said no time or care was taken, just a five minute buzz and gone.If you’re looking for a very simple and quick cut, the girls will be more than happy to oblige.

Horrible..Had a simple Bob cut, the girl used clippers around my neck, it hurt as she was pushing the clippers into my neck…when I got home I had a really bad welt mark all around the back of my neck, it was really red, raised& sore, today there are little scabs where she broke through the skin. Are clippers sterilised between uses???

First cut, Kylie did a great job and it was a positive experience. Looks great had a short cut after months. I will go again. Thank you.

What a rip off. There’s a price list on show and then they hit you with a Saturday price when you pay.At least be honest at the start or have a separate Saturday price list.

My partner and I were visiting from Brisbane and were both in need of a haircut. Kylee and Faye not only gave us fabulous haircuts they also gave us both an engaged and welcoming conversation where they both seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say. Will definitely be popping back in for a spruce up when we are back in Robina. Thanks so much ladies.

I received easily the worst haircut of my life here on Sunday. Not one of those live-with-it-for-a-week-and-it'll-be-ok mediocre jobs you get from time to time. A properly awful one. I reluctantly went about the rest of my Sunday looking like a fool. On Monday morning I went back to my regular barber and had him just shave my whole head. It was completely unsalvageable. It doesn't hurt to have an occasional ego check... good for the soul or whatever. I'm just sorry I paid $39 for this one.
