Welcoming and friendly. Miss Karla has really helped my 4 year old son with his speech concerns. Karla is very friendly and understanding. Melissa at reception is very friendly and helpful. We've not long started seeing Miss Helen for psychologist and she is very friendly and helpful. We've also seen the dietitecs and she is lovely, very friendly and helpful. We've been going to Greater heights since September last year and have had no issues. My son loves to sit and watch the fish before his appointment.
