Absolutely rude service via one lady named Liz, treated myself like dirt during a transfer of registration to my partner. Completely unsure why but was absolutely abysma..Mostly other staff are lovely that I have dealt with over the year however.

Very difficult to speak to someone on the phone - had to wait for 30 minutes - I was then given wrong information.I went to the office to sort this out and staff at the Office were quite efficient.

My son and I went in to do his Learners Test today and we were served by Maggie. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The most patient, warmest and caring Customer Representative I have ever come across. Even overhearing her with all of her other customers put a smile on my face. People like Maggie truly deserve recognition for their service. Thank you

Went to the Currumbin Waters branch this morning , to renew my licenseHad a 15 minute wait to be seen, not a big deal ..and was then served by Mick..he was super helpful , efficient and friendly !Even ended up saving a few dollars with his help !!!Excellent service

Visited this office yesterday and received great service. The private sector could learn quite a bit from these public employees.. my main contact was with a lady who was trainng a new employee and appeared to be the “go to” person for information by the other staff. Great people right through my experience.
