Love & Co Preston

Love and Co Preston is the rental agent for my property for over a year. I deal with Evie. She's a great communicator and is very across their obligations and notifying me of my obligations in a timely manner. Most of all, I find them very approachable, positive, and easy to talk to.

The Team at Love and Co are fantastic. As a tenant they were responsive and easy to work with. From the beginning right to the end of my lease they always answered my questions via email which suited me the best. I requested some repairs during my tenancy period, the property manager communicated this with the owner in a timely manner and subsequently, the owner approved the repairs in a timely manner. They were also reasonable with the inspection times. Great to deal with.

We moved into our rental late 2022 and with any home there are always a few issues that arise. Each and every time I or my fiancé emailed an issue we had a reply instantly and follow up soon after. It was also so promptly actioned that we never had to follow up. I’ve rented for years and I’ve never been so impressed. Thank you Marie and team for the great work, and also our landlord is great too :)

Zese and the team at Love Preston recently sold our property. They were great to work with as Zese kept us updated all the time, was always available whenever we needed to reach out, and worked hard to get us a good result.
