I've been using EES for about 5 years now. I'm not a big client to them, and in fact I'm probably quite an awkward client as I have lots of different types of shipments. They have always been fantastic to deal with. I've dealt with a few people over the years but the experience as a customer has always been the same; super friendly, helpful, everyone has known their stuff and been very well organised.
