The communication was really great. Anytime I needed to ask questions, the responses were very fast and provided great information. I gave an inspiration of what I would have liked my decorations to look like, It exceeded the expectation I had envisioned. It looks so beautiful in real life. I was really blown away of how beautiful they made my concept come to reality. I highly recommend Kitty's Party.

I wish i could give 5 stars like everyone else. Unfortunately i didn’t have a good experience with them - the balloons set up was nothing like the inspo photo I communicated with them over and over again and one animal cut out was so small. It really wasn’t worth the $800. Very disappointing. Reached out to them after the event, but they are just seen zoning me. However prior to my sons event customer service was excellent. Thanks anyway
