I highly recommend AP & KL Roofing.I watched them work on the home across the road and was impressed by how hard they worked. I observed they took safety precautions and didn’t take excessive breaks (like some trades people do).I organised for them to come to my house to investigate the cause of water coming in through the roof somewhere. After inspecting the roof, they reported that the roof was in good condition (except for one tile that needed to be replaced). They stated that the issue was a missing lid to the whirlybird. It had come off during a storm earlier in the month. AP & KL took steps to cover the opening to ensure further water did not come in through the gap. I was very appreciative that they took the time to do that without asking.I was further impressed with the integrity and honesty that AP & KL displayed. They could have reported that the roof needed major repairs and I would never have known it was only the whirlybird. They also spoke respectfully and professionally.I will note that it took a while to get an appointment, however there had been many storms at the time and I know they were doing their best to help everyone.
