These guys are a joke - Apia Insurance actually contracts with this company is even worse. Need to reconsider that agreement. The guy on the phone didn't hear a word I had said when explaining my details causing me to repeat myself over & over again. Then for some reason he starts spewing out things that only a clairvoyant would know! Then blames his ineptness on the client
