7-Eleven West Wollongong

My battery went flat while i was at 7-Eleven West Wollongong, and as I was only going to be out for a few minutes, I hadn't brought my phone. As you can imagine, I was quite frazzled! Jatinder could not have been more helpful- she allowed me to use the phone to call the NRMA and kept checking in with me to make sure I was OK during the long wait, even though she was vey busy in the store. Excellent service. You have a real gem there.

The staff member asked my 6 year old daughter to take her cap off for security reasons. I mean come on!If your there in the am times expect a wait to enter. Sometimes 15 minutes.Because they don't want an extra staff at that time, at any given time, they will leave the front counter go at the back and start doing work...with absolutely no care for ur frustration.

Stopping off here this morning, it was semi busy as it was full of people stopping for coffee. Mind you, the fuel ⛽️ price was a bit steep at $2+, but that didn't stop people coming in to fill up.This is why I do my filling at Port Kembla, where it's 171 right now. They could do with a charge point for those electric car people. Be handy to have.. just a thought.

The coffee machines are always out of milk so when the coffee is almost filled it starts spitting milk and hot water everywhere it's a constant issue that's hardly dealt with till there are several people waiting very slack these machines are the biggest things used in a 24 hour period but not maintained enough

Girl at Wollongong store refuses to give cash out in purchases and rude to customers 3times in 9 days

I live close to this store and regularly purchase food/drinks and cigerettes after work around 2-4 am Your staff are largely amazing but have had several run ins with one member named Goathem, i believe. I waited 10 minutes to purchase cigarettes. while waiting three people in the store who knew him said he would be back soon from the toilet. Before he returned muiltiple poeple were waiting and left money on the counter. I assume you have staff toilets in the venue but this attendant arrived from the public access. I wouldn't bring this up normally but females including my staff and partner have unsavoury experiences with this particular individual, this i the first time i witnessed it.

A good many of the folks who regularly cashier this outlet are very lovely and reasonable. I've never had an issue here, I'm not sure what some of these reviews are talking about (or why a cashier's nationality matters)Sometimes in the middle of the night when the doors need to be unlocked, it can be a few-minute wait outside but 1. I've only had that happen at like, 2, 3, 4 AM, and 2. they've gotta restock at some pointI've had multiple cashiers be very understanding and kind when my card's been declined, or even take down the total by a dollar or two unprompted.I find that cashiers anywhere are never unfriendly unless you're the one who's impolite first. *shrug*As for pricing -- you're at 7/11. It's a convenience store. It's there to be convenient and accessible, not cheap. Unfortunate that everything is marked up, but that's no one's fault but the higher-ups lining their pockets.

Have attempted many times after 4am to stop and grab a coffee and a sandwich and the door is locked. You see staff and they just ignore you. Also make sure you tally up the prices because they often mark up the prices when scanned and rip you off. Buyer beware

24 hour service if u buy a coffee from there check these new green cups some times got holes in it.

Got told to move my car because it's for 7/11 customers only. I was literally inside the 7/11 store while the guy on the microphone told me to move my car 3 times. Didn't end up buying anything because I had to move my car and leave lol. Good job 7/11!
