What an angel Chris has been. I was at my wits end when Smudge peed all over my apartment, and he offered advice that completely fixed this issue within days. She's also happier with a few lifestyle changes here and there too, which has also made this cat mum happy. Chris really knows his stuff and I really believe he was a cat in a previous life! He gets into their minds and then explains in clear english what their issue may be, and then follows up a number of times after the initial call to make sure everything is traveling well. Worth his weight in gold!

Chris was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. After going through each of our cats personalities, preferences and then the problem via a Zoom meeting he broke everything down and came up with some fantastic solutions for us. I can’t thank Chris enough for helping me understand my cat Ziggy. We are her 4th home and my husband wanted to rehome her again as her toileting habits were ruining our brand new carpet. Our consultation with Chris was a real eye opener. Our furbaby Master Winnie had been trying to play rough with us on and off for a couple of years, grabbing our legs and having a nip and we hadn’t been able to stop him. We had spoken to our vet who suggest drugs but we really wanted to try other options before we went down that path. I saw a recommendation for Chris on a cat rescue site and decided to give him a try. We got so much from the consultation including a way better understanding of cat behaviour. The two hour consultation seemed to fly by but Chris followed up with a very detailed email covering everything we discussed along with an ebook. Let me start by saying Chris has literally saved our little fur family!Our beautiful boy Harley became very stressed after the addition of Rose the kitten and over the course of a few months things only spiralled with constant yowling, pacing the house and growling and hissing at Rose. We were worried that the only way he’d be happy again is if we separated them :( …enter Chris! Who was very thorough in our consultation and took the time to really understand our situation. His suggestions were spot on and but also easy for us to implement and stick to. The results were almost instantaneous and a month later with some follow-ups in between we have our happy boy back and the bond between us and his little sister is even stronger than before. Chris is an amazing guy. I started this joirney without any belief my Jasper’s issues could be remedied. And after a very detailed Facetime consultation and a full report,I commenced the suggested procedure .Not really believing it would work. But within 2 days of commencing this Jasper has stopped his negative behaviour. Today it is nearly three weeks since the consult and he is still on track.
