Our first visit to this business today and we were both very impressed. The staff were attentive and helpful. My eye examination was more extensive than at our previous optometrist. I have a poorly performing eye and there was no impatience or pressure to move along more quickly. Having someone in- house to help with frame selection was a real boon. I can be unsure & indecisive and this service was so helpful indecisive

staff went out of their way to make absolutely sure the new glasses were perfect,prescription,fit adjustments I'm the only one in my golf group that can see the balls way off in the distance.

Why don't you do it?Ever never Specsavers Traralgon again.I asked for a check on my $540.00glasses 5 days before the 90days warranty but my appointment was scheduled for 3 days after the 90days.No warranty.Copy from Google:Can I get a refund from Specsavers?Answer: Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within 100 days of the date of purchase, we will put it right. No quibble, no fuss.End of Copy.

The team were excellent at Specsavers Traralgon. They were extremely helpful and very professional assisting my older brother in obtaining the right lenses he requires for his sight. They needed to be sourced from overseas and Tonya was excellent to deal with.
