So disorganised, terrible service, tried to get a parcel on 3 different occasions to discover when getting home it’s another parcel I was to receive and I even gave the number 3 times. Worst post office, change your pickup to Victoria point save your headaches. It gets a 1 start and that’s generous.

Terrible. I am not home to sign for parcels so they take them to the Redland Bay post officeThis post off is not open Saturdays and will not let anybody else pick the parcels up so they get sent back.Costs me hundreds of dollars.

We have been using Redland Bay Post office for about a year now, and we are there daily. I have not had any issues with them they are super friendly and helpful. They have helped us get set up for our business and continue to advise us if they think we can save money. I can highly recommend Redland Bay Post office if you want reliable, friendly and professional service. If I could give them a 10 star review I would.

These guys are pretty shocking. I have started a couple of small businesses that require posting around Australia regularly and these guys are a haste to deal with. I have also run into problems multiple time with receiving orders on time + problems when picking up bigger parcels (that require you to pickup in store). I am moving to a new suburb soon and am looking forward to having a new local post

Horrible service the staff are rude Anot accomodating . Never answer phones. Not open on weekends and I work 7-5 so can never get my packages. Try to call and ask if I can grab it 5-10 minutes past close but again they never answer phone calls. Take your packages elsewhere.

Super helpful and very friendly service. It's a very small PO so sometimes the lines go out the door (physical distancing is taken seriously, thank goodness), but each customer is served professionally, courteously, and as quickly as possible. I have seen the staff spend time explaining things to their elderly customers, kindly and with patience. If this doesn't suit you and can't be a little patient (remember, if you're lucky you might get old one day), then it's probably best you go elsewhere.
