No warning about delivery dates, 6 small boxes ordered and was left on my nature strip outside my fence that was unlocked on top of 2 wooden pallets all plastic wrapped together still with the no stacking sign for the forklift, literally took it off the truck and dumped on the side of the road. Got home from work and had to dismantle what was left for me, carry the 6 small boxes inside and take the rest to the dump on the weekend. Wasn’t ideal.

Had to jump on here and give a review as I'm so impressed with your service. I accidentally ordered the wrong grout colour with our tile order and frantically emailed you straight after getting our order confirmation on Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning at 9.30am I had a reply email from Gabby to say she had fixed our order and by Thurs morning the boxes of tiles with the correct grout had arrived at our place on the Northern NSW coast!!The tiles are just what we'd hoped for and your flat rate shipping charges were by far the most reasonable compared to a lot of other companies - we cant wait to see our kitchen finished ♡

Our stunning tiles are onsite and it won’t be long before they’re laid. Beautiful quality, which followed careful advice about colours, grout and all kinds of aspects of our little project. Tilecloud have been amazing to deal with. Just fabulous.

My partner and I visited the showroom to make the final decision of tiles for our full House renovation. We already had a rough idea on our tile choices but the team were very helpful making suggestions on other tile choices that would match and helped us choose our grout colours. We left feeling very confident and happy with our selections. The showroom is beautifully presented and set out very well making it easy to visualise the tiles in different areas of the home.

The service was amazing from first contact I was refurbishing an apartment and only needed a small amount of tiles for kitchen splash-back & laundry tub splash back.I gave them measurements and they told me the quantity to order & helped me choose the right tile I wasn’t sure of colour.pick up was easy they are so professional I highly recommend this company the tile choice is great
