The staff were really good and helpful even with the boxing Day rush. I called them later for a query about my purchase and they accommodated my request with a call back. Thank you ladies for making retail shopping an enjoyable experience.

Best customer service experience! Will only be returning to the rouse hill store from now on. Well down to the prouds company for hiring such an incredible staff

Not even worth the one star ! My daughter was looking for a birthday gift for me, looked in your window and saw a really nice ring. Tried it on and was about to buy when the sales assistant takes ring back to the back of the store comes back and says.... I can't sell it to you because it's been put in the wrong pod ! How very unprofessional ! I work in high ticket retail and in circumstances like these we honour the price ! You then re-train your staff so it doesn't happen again ! What you don't do is insult your customers, and the person who called me from head office could do with a little lesson in good manners !

Very disappointed in the quality of staff. I went in to the Rouse Hill store to purchase a watch for my husband and both the manager and sales assistant let me walk out of the store with a woman’s watch. I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for my own online research. The very next day I went in to ask for a refund but the store policy doesn’t allow for this. Apparently the receipt states this AFTER you have already purchased the item. The manager refused to believe that it was a woman’s watch, although the proud’s webpage states otherwise. I was told that this is the way the system works in Australia as though I am a foreigner and wasn’t born in this country. I left the store feeling misinformed and cheated. I will not be returning to the Rouse Hill store again.

This is in regards to the Broadway store: I brought in my ring to get it re-sized and the sales rep behind the counter stated that the ring would be returned and ready to pick up by Friday. I went in on Friday and the sales rep tells me the 'guy' who augments their jewelry hasn't yet turned up and 'he comes in whenever he wants'.I've never heard of any business conducting their business practices in this manner; seems a bit unprofessional. Suffice to say, it was a grave inconvenience to me as I had especially made the trip to pick up the ring, knowing full well I wouldn't be able to attempt to pick it up again until a week or two later. I thought this incident was very unprofessional and compromised the integrity of Proud's. If the original sales girl should have mentioned the time issue initially, then she is partially to blame. But honestly, this jeweler repair person should make the effort of at least delivering at a normal and standard time rather than keep customers waiting and guessing as to when their jewelry is to arrive. Utterly ridiculous.

Was there this afternoon,the lady served me was poker-faced,like a robot. She was impatient when I added the second item to my purchase while she had the invoice done for the first item. It’s a unpleasant experience to a customer even though she might be employed due to having excellent customer service skills.

Purchased a watch later to discover scratches on the bezel went in to ask to swap the watch for a silver version of it (same exact price) store manager says i caused the damage within the first hour of buying the watch saying she allready checked for scratches I was refused a refund and treated like a buffoon/criminal no way will i ever shoop at prouds again.

Nice staffShould add more varieties in lesser range as well.They dont rush us in buying

I went in to buy a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. The lady was polite and helpful, however when I asked for size j ring's she didn't show me the one's on sale first but the most expensive one. Great store I've visited many times because they always have great specials and half price items.
