Green Zone Fitness - Warwick

I don’t recommend this gym. While the location staff do a good job, are very nice and the equipment is fine, it’s the most “salesy” gym I’ve been to.The membership is pricey to cover their extra services so if you’re interested in signing up they pass you to the sales person who fast talks you through the process.They coerce you into accepting premium services you don’t want so that you have to mark it in your calendar and remember to cancel it within their terms.The pricing structure basically requires you to sign up for a contract.They don’t give their on-site staff the discretion or authority to make reasonable customer relationship judgement calls which just shows a lack of trust and integrity on the part of the owner/upper management.I understand that it’s a business designed to make money and I’m more than happy to pay for services rendered, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being squeezed at every opportunity. A number of things I experienced at GreenZone made me feel like I had to be on guard against that.There are better gym choices in the area where you don’t feel like you’re getting taken for a ride.

Quality Fitness Centre where you can lose yourself and get away from the outside world where you can keep fit and train.A wide range of fitness activities and programs for anyoneAtmosphere is great!Trainers are great!Facilities are great!Can't go wrong.10/10

Tried a few other places until I hit gold….great classes with knowledgeable trainers…everyone is very welcoming too

Amazing Gym with state of art equipment.Great atmosphere that makes you feel motivated. Staff are extremely friendly and go out of your way to accommodate your needs.I have had personal training with PT Cassie for over 3 months and have had fantastuc results. She has shown me how to correctly use equipment also educated me on how to eat healthy. She has been so encouraging and i can definately thank her for my amazing results. If your looking for a motivating PT shes your girl!Definately best gym in Perth.

Amazing spacious gym. Close by for all those living from Duncriag to Warwick. Great members and great place to train. Even has a crèche for all those with children

Awesome facilities and great classes. All of the trainers are all really friendly, helpful and approachable....Love them! . The members are great too, have made a few great friends from the gym/classes. Very lovely community to be a part of :)P.S: watch out for Jess, she'll make you cry almost every session....(but also keeps you coming back for more haha - you're the best Jess~)

really good gym. started 5-6 months ago and been doing much better. has every equipment you need and is a big gym aswell.

The good: The facilities and classes are good. There is also a creche, which is the reason I chose this gym when I did. I also liked that I was allowed to bring my bike inside while I trained.The bad: You have to sign a 12 months contract (other options around offering month to month). They only have two locations (not sure if you can use the one you don’t sign up with). It gets really busy at certain times and you have to wait around for equipment. A lot of the trainers are stuck up (though not all!), and unless you are paying for one on the side ($50/half an hour if I remember correctly), they are not available to answer your questions. After the 3 initial sessions, you are on your own.My beef with them now is that they won’t allow me to cancel over the phone and won’t waive the thirty days notice. I know I signed a contract, but I have been a member for over two years and for the last 6 months at least I have not stepped my foot there once, and they can verify that. I would think I have donated enough?During the lockdown also when they were forced to close and not charge anyone, they sent an SMS to all members and made a big fuss about it. When they were allowed to start charging again, they did not send any form of communication, just started charging again (though claimed to have sent an email when I asked, not the case).

Great staff lovely environment and love working out here
