I had a horrible experience with the security guard today. After being seen by the front desk and receiving my ticket. My mum and I stood at the back of the building behind everyone. There was no seats available that I would have been able to fit my pram through to get to. She told us quite rudely we couldn’t stand there and to move down to the other side of the building. I told her that we wouldn’t fit to get down there, someone got up and gave us their seat when hearing the interaction.We waited for around half an hour before she approached us and asked if my sons tablet was playing sound. My son is non-verbal and outings are normally non-stop meltdowns and screaming. This was the calmest he had been in a public setting in months. It was on less than half volume and he was fixated on the game. I was directly next to him and I could barely hear the “good job” or “try again” it said over the noise in there.My mum continued to ask her to go away and leave us alone as she continued to raise her voice directly next to my nearly 1 and 3 year old. She only lowered her voice and began to speak to us with respect when others turned to look. This extremely upset my son, he began throwing his tablet and was inconsolably screaming until we were back at home. Our calm trip to TMR turned into a very stressful one due to her and her lack of human decency.The staff member who served me at desk 10 at 1:20 was lovely however.

My experience at the motor registry would have to be the worst experience in a very long time. If this establishment was privately run it would be broke within a week absolutely disgraceful. You used to be able to go to the post office and pay your bill well no longer shame on the government just making life harder pathetic.!

Poor customer service. Not very helpful Was unable to help in transferring my digital NSW licence over, couldnt suggest how i could do it - was pretty much told tough luck. After talking to the chat bot online i headed to Elizabeth street and they could assist and successfully help me do a transfer. Greenslopes staff need training in customer service as well as thinking outside the box and actually assisting people. Would not recommend

So inefficient and not nearly enough staff. The staff that work here are experts at what they do and provide a really high level of service, however, there simply isn’t nearly enough of them. Compare this centre to any Service NSW centre and it’s hard to believe that we are even in the same country. The queue, waiting and inefficiency are reminiscent of the 1980s. Do better Queensland - show some respect for your tax payers and staff your services appropriately (or streamline processes or both).

The staff are very efficient but the government really needs to improve the staffing levels. And provide enough seats, seriously. If you can't service people promptly then at least supply enough seating.

Took my practical driving test today, 10th of December 2022, and I’m so glad that I passed. Contrary to some reviews that I’ve read about this centre, the staff are very pleasant and accomodating. From Jess, the sweet young girl who assisted us during the sign up, Karen, my very friendly and fair driving examiner, and another friendly and patient girl working at the front desk whom I forgot to ask the name. There was a technical issue with their system when they were processing my licence transfer and it took a while to get fixed, but the front desk staff didn’t give up until she completed my transaction. I’m so pleased with the kind of sevice they have provided and I really couldn’t ask for more. The least I can do is give an honest review.

Went for my driving test today (Saturday) and everyone was so friendly and encouraging. The examiner I got was a lovely man and really a delight to drive with. He passed me with full marks and I'm so thankful for the positive experience!!

The waiting area was packed with people. A few seats were vacant but there were many more people standing. I expected to be waiting for a couple of hours at least. That was not the case. Staff must have been working industriously as I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was served quickly and courteously. Thank you.

I just to let people know, one the old obess guy took me for a 40 minutes drive, always looking the way to fail my test I did everything okey I was just looking the way to transfer my international licence here, all the time was rude and make the environment so stressful, I think that people like him have to be at home, if they don't want to make people confortable they can take their unhappiness to another place. I recommend avoiding this place for examination
