Wendy's Milk Bar – Make Your Day. | In 1979, Geoff Davis and Phil Rogers opened the doors to their first treat business in a South Australian shopping centre. Word soon spread about the tiny store selling delicious ice cream sundaes and treats and, by lunchtime on the opening day, the centre's main power had blown as the store’s machinery struggled to keep up with customer demand.

As i was waiting for my order, I looked behind the counter and saw a young female worker being mistreated by her boss who I overheard someone calling him by the name Bill. This behaviour was truly disgusting, this poor young girl looked very overworked. I hope to see a change. She deserves better than to be treated like that!

Wendy's Bass Hill
Wendy’s Bass Hill was amazing! The only place I was able to order ice cream cake over the phone a day before my daughters birthday. The guy I spoke to (sorry for not taking down your name) was so helpful over the phone. He explained the process and also provided some recommendations. I was quite impressed with his service and friendly attitude over the phone.Highly recommend as the ice cream cake turned out beautiful and a hit with the kids and adults!I would recommend to give yourself a couple of days to order as the online process is quite straight forward with plenty pictures, selections of flavour as well as quick process.Thank you so much and highly recommend to anyone who prefers real ice cream cake!

Was served by bill. I noticed some very weird behaviour towards his female co worker. truly disgusting. the poor female worker looked so stressed and overworked and on top of that she had her uneducated manager go off at her x

I love coming to this place. The staff are so friendly. The service is awesome and the coffee and doughnuts are the best. Thank you to all at Wendy's Bass Hill for always looking after us.

Great coffee's and friendly staff. I always order birthday cakes from here every time I have an occasion and they never disappoint. They made an amazing dinosaur ice-cream cake for my little boys 3rd birthday yesterday, and he absolutely loved it (so did we). Thanks for your great service.

Customer service is great.. the problem is they made my ice cream cake flavour wrong, I ordered a chocolate ice cream cake & they made me a cookies & cream, this is why I gave 3 stars.. My son is very disappointed, he love chocolate not cookies & cream. I still don't know how can they made it wrong if they wrote it down on paper what I want, this is a first time I ordered a cake for my boy from wendy's & they made it mistake. Not happy about it
