Unbelievable they refused to take new clients he told me we don’t cut your hair you have to do the booking before came here he don’t know in prospect Road there are more then 10 hair salon he is very unprofessional behaviour with the customer.

Bad service provided!Happened 4 times with meI booked appointment then I have to wait for one hour or 45 minutes every time.I complaint about this and they had very bad attitude and approach towards it. Instead of fixing issue they said THEY DONT CARE !Maybe guys don’t know the meaning of appointment. They need to get educated for providing basic customer service.

Professional hair styling, but make sure you get an appointment 30 mins prior to the time that you actually go in. If you get an appointment for 2:30, ur turn will be at almost 3:00pm.Trust me its one of the best saloon and low rating because of bad time management by them.Cheers

I wanted my hair to be cut in a certain style and at first they will agree to it and later they will cut it in the way they wishes. When we tell them our suggestions while cutting, they get irritated and they will do a very bad job. These people ruined my hair
