Bought a house with a pool, booked an onsite handover with the folks at Poolwerx. They were able to show me all the ins and outs of the pool, test the water, add needed chemicals to get the right balance. Always helpful when I call.

Very clean showroom and the staff are always efficient. Prices are very competitive to other locations and so I choose Poolwerx every single time. In the past they have also done a great job in coming out and fixing items I have not been able to repair myself

We had problems with the service initially but since it was brought to the attention of the owner they have made every effort to do the right thing by us. Thankyou poolwerx

I DO NOT recommend poolwerx coffs.Last year purchased new house with pool. I had nil experience with pools so employed poolwerx for pool maintenance. The pool had noticeable dirt just 1-2 days after each monthly service.I relied on poolwerx to be able to trouble shoot and resolve this issue considering they are a pool company.After having spent approx $750 on service alone (fool me), I figured the problem out myself. The daily filter distributed the fine dirt in the water so filter needed to be off for at least 24hours for dirt to settle then allowing vacuum to waste.So poolwerx was expensive, ineffective and was unable to deliver a clean pool without residual dirt in 12 months.My advice - use a different pool company.Response to owner:Filter sand change - unnecessary and expensive. I have found my own solution to dirt without any help from poolwerx expertise" that does not involve $200 or more.Dirt problem in pool was there 11months prior to construction work in the area so could not be a factor.$750 sevice fee i refer to is " service fee" only.Overpriced chemical products if included in total monies paid to poolwerx would potentially be over 2K.Make me happy - refund service fees paid when you have not provided me with a clean pool for over a year. Monies paid for a sevice but service not provided"

Fantastic service! Poolwerx fixed our broken pool pump with in 2 business days for a very reasonable price. Great communication form the Clayton. Very happy customer!!!!
