Pepper Kids Therapy

I've seen a speech therapist an OT and a Psychologist here. All were fantastic for my children. Admin staff are so nice and welcoming.

Absolutely brilliant.

Today is the 4th time I’ve had issues with Pepper Kids Brendale.1st was appointment notifications not being sent by email or text and staff trying to charge a cancellation fee for an appointment that wasn’t confirmed by them .2nd was speech pathologist not following through with writing a letter as agreed for NDIS3rd being sent appointment notifications for two appointments in the same day 9am & 2:40pm and being told there is no record for the 9am after driving 11/2 hours to get there and told our appointment in the afternoon is our actual appointment and to come back! Sure I’ll drive back n forth 6hrs on the road to attend appointments that at this stage aren’t value adding for my child..4th being confirmed on my request that appointments would be moved to fortnightly split between speech & OT only to find that they haven’t changed the booking and told they don’t have a therapist available two weeks later.When I asked the receptionist today she was polite while gritting her teeth and clearly indicating that she would like to give me a serve when I refused to pay a cancellation fee.. considering I’m not the one that has made the mistakes it’s fair that I’m not paying for the mistakes and don’t deserve the attitude when I’m clear that the mistakes have put me out and ultimately my son is the one that misses out
