Meredith is so great. I see her for post partum depletion. She gives me realistic goals and holistic lifestyle and nutrition advice. She’s considerate of other health practitioners and their role in the health journey. I feel so much better about myself after implementing Meredith’s recommendations.

I have struggled for years with endometriosis and PCOS. Food has always been the hardest thing for me to cope with.Meredith took me on with ease and over the last year has gotten me from barely eating to enjoying my food again. She has been thrown every curve ball by me with my health and never once did she back down from the challenge. She has been so fantastic with support in every way that I have even been able to start exercising again. I cannot recommend a better person to help with dietary requirements for women’s health more then Meredith. She is a wonderful nutritionist and an even better person! THANK YOU

I saw Meredith to assist me with Endometriosis and fatigue symptoms. With her guidance and recommended supplements I felt SO much better! Would highly recommend seeing Meredith if you need help with correcting your diet and managing symptoms of chronic illness.
