Fiona was a really helpful in helping us find a property on the Sunshine Coast, she was familiar with the different letting strategies to help maximize returns for each type of property, Fiona went above and beyond by going out of your way to do a video tour of the property last minute, and her after sales support and communication was excellent ensuring a smooth and easy transition.

You certainly get what you pay for with Fiona. Lack of professionalism and integrity from the moment she opened her mouth. She madestrict rules about an online auction for a property I purchased I.e no late bids after the time expires. Then of course there was a tech malfunction in the last two seconds from a potential buyer and she accepted the offer and brought it forwards to the vendors. Luckily they had a bit more integrity and accepted my genuine offer. Then I was denied a pre settlement inspection. Absolutely no communication on the day until an hour after the appointment with the classic family emergency excuse.. As soon as she got her fix price cut from the deposit she was gone. She refers to herself as a modern day hippie" I suppose that's why she wrote a 5 page affidavit defending my drug addicted tenants to have a grow tents under their house. Do yourself a favour and go to the professionals. I am homeless with three children until those tenants leave. THANKS fiona
