I couldn’t be happier with the service Brooke provides. Each time I order whether it be through online orders or a phone call, she is prompt in her replies, always asks if I am happy with the flowers being delivered and ensures that they are of the upmost quality. Brooke takes the time to get to know her customers and we are always appreciative of the care she puts into each order.Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brooke, thanks so much for organising the most beautiful assortment of flowers so quickly for me - I didn’t expect it to come together so quick, but I’m incredibly grateful that it did. I wanted to send something nice to my previous manager as a token of my appreciation and thank you to her for helping me get my new job. I picked up the phone in the afternoon and spoke to Brooke, and she organised everything and delivered it the same day - just incredible! Brooke was very communicative throughout the whole process, and I had gave her a bit of the details about who the flowers were for and the reason for them and trusted Brooke completely to do the rest, and what a magnificent job she did. Brooke's service is above and beyond! I came across Scent Florist Gisborne after a google search for a local florist delivery service. The website was easy to use. Unexpectedly, I received a confirmation text, images of the completed bouquet and information detailing the delivery. Brooke also confirmed when she heard from my friend (receiving the flowers, she had not been home at the time).Such amazing service! I will use Scent Florist Gisborne again. With very little notice, Brooke created the perfect arrangement. I needed flowers to complement existing furniture for a photo shoot. The stunning colours were carefully considered and worked incredibly well in the space. Brooke’s flowers are the best in the Macedon Ranges. She takes great care in curating a personalised bouquet. Most of the flowers she grows in her own yard. They last far longer than others I’ve purchased, and you get far greater quality and quantity of florals.
