Went to there around 4:30pm 12th Jul 2022. Was very disappointed! I was just trying to get the right size and type of pipe that I need for the foot spa. The staff told me she was new there, didn’t know much about the plumbing things, he took my phone to show her boss ( James ), he was one of the rudest person I have ever seen. He told me I didn’t know what do you want? You’d better to find a plumber to do it. If I want a plumber to do it I won’t come to you! And you are doing this business, selling all the plumbing stuffs, you have no idea about what I needed? What’s in your mind and what’s that ball on your shoulder?Everyone who see my comment, if you don’t know what do you need exactly, don’t come to this Bayswater Reece store. Hopeless!
