State of Sahaja

Quality and variety are the key differentiator for me at State of Sahaja - Judes and her fellow instructors provide outstanding classes, certainly the best I have experienced and the variety of classes offered is also great, you have to try Himalayan Kundalini! The focus on the power of breathing has a made a big difference to my personal well being. The other big thing I value is the sense of community that you feel when you join - everyone is friendly and encouraging. Whether you are a novice or highly trained you will be well looked after here. I love the fact that State of Sahaja supports charities. Definitely value for money!

An amazing studio! I took the great intro offer, $39 for 10 consecutive days and did 11 classes with a variety of teachers. The setting is beautiful, the studio is very clean but above everything is the quality of the teaching. I enjoyed every single class. The studio offers, yin yoga, kundalini, hatha yoga, vinyasa, restorative yoga, etc. The studio focuses on the traditional values of yoga which is now sometimes rare to find when yoga too often has become a fitness venture. Bravo to the team!

State of Sahaja is the most stunning yoga studio I have ever been to. Located on the water with calming views that immediately create a space to flow, enjoy & belong. Highly recommend all that is on offer here. Love Love Love x

Thank you to Judes & the Team at State of Sahaja yoga for imparting your yoga knowledge and for creating a supportive environment to practice. The variety of classes offered at the studio is like nothing I have ever experienced before. You can choose from Moon or Integrated practice, Vin-Yin, Kundalini (YB or Himalayan), Vin-Yin, Breathwork & Meditation to Restorative Yoga. Each teacher has unique offerings and wisdom to impart. I am loving my yoga journey at State of Sahaja Yoga and love, love, love overlooking the lake whilst I practice. Whether you are experiencing the sunrise or sunset over the lake, both are equally spectacular. Sat Nam

Great yoga studio! Amazing set up and Jude’s gave a great class.

Was a great experience and important for me to know myself

I parked my bike in a public space in a common area in front of a popular cafe. I was quiet and the bike didn’t impact pedestrians publicly or any patrons of the yoga studio. Staff of the studio requested the bike be moved (and three other bikes) inside 30 minutes.Each time interrupting lovely staff at the cafe who are just doing their job. Not good karma for a yoga studio, how about you chill out, be more tolerant and let the staff of the cafe look after their customers?
