Went in there to exchange earring lady said they “ don’t exchange or refund earring “ for some reason even tho their was nothing about that on the receipt she was so rude and was giving me racist vibes please improve ur customer service

I dont agree with the no refund policy when everything is still in box untouched circumstances are different with each customer if you have a receipt and its not been worn and your returning it within the 30 day period stated on receipt there should be no issue with your tefund no matter how you purchase the item instead you are forced to take a store credit which is totally unsatisfactory for some this is an issue that needs to be addressed with the ceo of the company will never shop hear again.
