Bought a $60 screen protector from this place and had the guy put it on my phone. After leaving the store I noticed the screen hadn't been cleaned properly and there are dirty specs under the protector. When I returned to the store and asked if he could do something about it, he basically laughed at me in front of his work mate and friend hanging out at the store and said it needs to be replaced and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I was going to buy a new phone for my partner from him but there is no way I will give these guys any more business now

Do not I repeat DO NOT get these guys to fix your phone. I left my phone here and got it back worst than it was before. Now it will cost me twice as much to get it fixed! These are heartless individuals after money with no care for customers!!!!Wish I could leave a negative rating.... yes it was that bad!!!!!

Today I arrived back from Vietnam where I used a SIM card. When I tried to put the Australian SIM card back in my phone the tray would not close. Very frustrating, not being able to use all the functions of my phone. Went to Fone Galaxy after 2 phone places at the International Airport where unable to assist Fone galaxy fixed it in 4 mins. No charge but I paid him $20. Great to have a working phone again.My friend was impressed too. She got her phone screen replaced in 5 minutes. $39

Avoid and go genuine - now I’m up for a new iPhoneHad my iPhone 11 Max Pro screen replaced here six months ago, had to take it back every month to get the front facing camera cleaned out as it filled with dust and was unable to see the picture. Paid $300 for a “genuine display” according to the operator… cheap display scratched to easily and is now cracked from putting it upside down on a table. They only offer 3 months warranty and ask for receipt first thing before talking to you, in the hope no one would keep it.. luckily I did although they offer no assistance to resolve issue. Theres no body damage which would cause dust to build up behind camera… just bad quality products and work. Now I need to replace my phone as water has damaged the internals and it resets every 3 weeks.

BEWARE....... brought a thirty dollar phone card operated by an Indian company powered by Optus....tried to activate it they wanted all my details...medicare number credit card details including 3 digit pin plus drivers licence number....being scammed for sure....watch out!

I tried to replace my iPhone 8 but was unsuccessful after an hour or 2. I took the phone in as it wouldn’t turn on. After 5 minutes the phone was running with everything checked and working well. Great service and skills!! Highly recommend:)

I give this place a 5 star review. I had two broken iPhones and both are back up and running. The team is very professional and a nice set up at the store front. Also Easy to access this location from public transport. Thanks again :)
