We have been working with Stacy as our property manager for a number of years.She was working for another agent first and we were so happy, then we followed her when she started her own business.We have a number of investment properties and had great deal of experience with property managers. Stacy is the most outstanding property manager we have ever had.No task is too difficult, we know we can contact her anytime, she quickly deals with any issues. Unprofessional never replies. Performs Malpractice Stacy was trying to take all my bond to charge me for damages that were listed in the ingoing report. When caught out she said I’m lucky because owners wanted to charge me to paint whole house. Poor communication. Many breeches. informed her owner was rocking up going off and she didn’t do anything. Have never dealt with such a unprofessional terrible agent.
