Iam passing here and using this facility frequently as well over the last 6 years and have found this to be a great little postie shop!!The service always seems to be good . The only thing I honestly would like to see is a greater increase to the range of available items that are not postal related. Please make it better. Thank you!!!

Plenty of parking available. Wheelchair friendly. Little waiting (unusual for a post shop). Efficient and friendly staff. It all made me wonder if I was actually in a Post Shop.

As my name suggests i have Autism/major Anxiety and just going to stores is a nightmare for me. I have never been treated (even though I act out a lot and are strange to most) with anything but the most polite and friendly service. I use the business regularly and everyone i see is treated well or better than well. I can personally assure you this is the best post office i have ever used and i have to use post daily in my home business.

Absolutely dread going there. The staff moves painfully slow, so there's always a massive line. One time, it was 10min before closing time they locked us customers (about 8 people) in the shop, so no new customers could enter, and then made us wait until everyone was taken care of before they unlocked the doors so we could leave.Now we are in lockdown so they decided to keep closed on Saturday, without adjusting their opening hours on Google or at least put a note on the door. There were over 10 people waiting this morning.

I've been here quite a few times and to many post offices around Australia and I'm really astounded by the amazing service offered by everyone who works at this post office. So friendly, helpful and patient and it's a busy and hard job. Thank you for your great work

Locals (Australians) got served well. Getting different service level (way lower). Very disappointing considering this is Auspost.
