Snooze Dubbo

Great service. Just did not have any of the mattress we really wanted in stock.

They took more than 3 months for my bed to be delivered, and still rang me on delivery date saying they have actually got the wrong colour. And will still take more than 2weeks.

Just purchased a new bed form these guys ... Great customer service and products , will be back again!

I recently visited the Dubbo store to purchase a bed frame, mattress and side table combo.Andrew, the sales consultant was very willing to describe all the features of all available products on the floor.Andrew was able to afford me all the time I needed to select my choices.He was able to offer a discount on my purchases and offer an accessory freebie to boot.I experienced a great shopping experience and highly recommend Dubbo Snooze and particularly Andrew as your highly experienced consultant.Well done Snooze.

Bought two electric adjustable beds from them. Had only a week and one stopped working.Worst after sales customer service ever!!!!! It should still be under guarantee and according to the guy who answered the telephone he needs to ask Rhonda how to fix as she had the same problem.The problem is she is off!!!!!Should they not send somebody to come and have a look or contact Seally to investigate. There was absolutely no help or solution provided, except for to wait until they made contact with Rhonda.I am very upset, paying that much for a bed and it only works for a week and absolutely no customer service from Snooze!!!!!!!!!!!What to do now???????????

Such amazing customer service. Paul was incredibly patient and helpful. Wouldn’t buy a bed from anyone else but Paul ever again.

Amazing service and informative staff. The staff aren’t only trying to make a quick sale and move on. The after service is incredible, they bend over backwards to ensure you are happy with your product even after you have walked out of the door.. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff, great range of mattresses in terms of firmness. Reasonable prices. Delivery is available for a price.

Excellent staff. Right from selecting a bed and arranging pickup (from a different store) we felt we were in safe hands. Great quality stock sold here. The follow up calls were a nice touch
