Within the last 6 Months we have recently partnered with RBC Group and Masen on a Managed Print Partnership. Since moving to the managed service, we have been provided with excellent service and a great device that is reliable and has outstanding quality prints and scans.

Hi, as a realestate administrator, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Megan from Support and also to Kienan for the professional, responsive and outstanding customer service that has recently been shown to myself, after having difficulty with supplies and being able to replace staples in our office printer/copier.Moving forward, all tried their best but I am very grateful to Isaac, Megan, the support at Brisbane and Kienan at the Gold Coast Office aswell as Tina, they all were very responsive.
