Excellent customer service and quick responseI found a minor issue on Stressless Chair after I purchased. They sent us a techinician immediately to my home in upper north shore in Sydney, and ordered a part to their Norway factory immediately, and sent a technician again to my home and fixed the issue.Streessless Chair is very comfortable, and releave my lower back pain substantially. I should have bought it earlier.
