John and Steve are amazing builders – not only their superb craftsmanship and detail as carpenters, but their ability to think creatively and problem solve so there is minimum hassle. They project manage their jobs well, are really reliable and they’re just lovely guys to have around! Book them and feel totally confident in your decision. And you can’t say that about every builder!

When I was looking for builders for a full home renovation at the start of 2021, I was recommended the Structure team.I got quotes from 3 different builders but decided on them as soon as I met John. I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Not only were the builders and their tradesmen all extremely professional and friendly, they finished on time (which was very quick) and the quality and service far exceeded my expectations. They were honest and transparent through out the entire process and delivered on everything they had promised.They even put up with my annoying changes and helped me find smart solutions to any problems we encountered. I wouldn't use anyone else if I ever needed to build or renovate again. Which I doubt I will because I love how my home has turned out.Long after the building had finished my family and I keep talking about what a pleasant experience we had and I recommend them all the time.Seb even came back to help me put up modular shelves and mount a TV months after the job was done, and John keeps checking in to see if the house is going ok. That's the sort of people they are.

Honest, reliable, passionate and highly skilful! We engaged John, Steve and the Structure Building & Renovations team to undertake a complete renovation of our apartment. To say we are thrilled with the final result is an understatement. Being time poor professionals who also decided to take on the design process, having the highly qualified and trustworthy Structure Building team guide us through the process and deliver a project on time and within budget was highly invaluable. Their attention to detail and recommendations were thoughtful, clever and improved the overall end product. Having worked with other builders, one of the biggest things that stood out to us was that John and Steve were willing (and in fact insistent) on taking us to view their previous projects - this highlighted to me that not only are they extremely proud and passionate about their projects, but they had obviously developed great relationships and provided many happy clients with outstanding results. These guys are true gentlemen who go above and beyond! We can’t wait to work with them again in the future.

John and Stephen did an amazing job with our renovation. They gave helpful, honest advice and their work was of the highest quality. Everything was completed on time and the guys really helped us out when we uncovered the need for some additional work. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

What a fabulous experience we had having Steve , John and their team renovate our family home. Not only do they have a great Irish sense of humour their attention to detail and service was outstanding. Even when changes were made (by us) they were always accepting and facilitating to ensure the work and the outcome was perfect. Steve & John were amazing to work with! Not only are they the kindest, most sincere guys, they are extremely talented in their own right, giving quite a bit of their own input with their amazing carpentry skills. They even created our beautiful entrance door and back garden deck. They were always easy to get in touch with and nothing was too much of a problem to fix. They are excellent problem solvers. They make sure everything is up to the highest of standards. We could not be happier with our home and would highly recommend working with these guys. If we ever needed to build again or add on to our house in the future, these are the only guys we would call.
