Really not impressed with the birthday cake I picked up. The cake is poorly made and the icing to cake ratio is just ridiculous! I could have done a better job myself as an amateur. I won’t be buying any birthday cakes from this store again

A massive thank you to the team at Ferguson Plarre Milleara Mall. We were due to collect a birthday cake today for my wife but we all had to isolate due to visiting a Tier 2 site last week. I called and said we will have to collect once we get our results back. The team has just delivered the most amazing looking cake to our house - free of charge (and Covid Safe).Thanks so much we can now celebrate her birthday while in Iso

Not fresh at all, especially sandwiches.The lady got upset when I asked for freshly cut ingredients, as they looked soggy and old.She declined.

This place sells stale and overdue donuts that are not fresh daily. They don’t tell you or label correctly and when you ask for a refund they don’t give it to you. Then they lie to your face saying that they warned you already before purchasing the stale donuts which they never did. The staff is very unfriendly and dishonest too. Instead of throwing away the stale and overdue donuts they resell it to the unsuspecting customers. It was a very bad experience eating at this place being a first time customer so be careful buying from here. Never buying here ever again. Great way to lose customers is to sell them outdated products and she said she knows how to operate a small business. The owner is very rude and so is her staff. Be careful...
