Wow!Problem: tailor-made white linen jacket (2006) suffering from severely aged staining (water droplets, makeup, sweat) and discolouration.Solution: Royston and the team put in a lot of effort to get this jacket looking as good as the day I picked it up! It came out beautifully and I am extremely happy with the service. I just wish I had some 'before' photos to demonstrate the difference!I'll definitely be back - thank you!

Amazing and friendly service! Had my ivory wedding dress and my husband’s wedding suit cleaned. The trail of my dress was covered in mud and they were able to get it all out. So impressed! The price charged was very reasonable. Will definitely go back!

About a week ago Roy from Hangout Drycleaners went on a journey with me. I found my formal dress from 37yrs ago in my mothers cupboard. While so happy and excited I was embarrassed about it's condition with sweat stains/marks and other coffee/drink stains down the front of the dress + age spots. My niece who's in year 12 thought the dress was beautiful but we really didn't think the stains would come out. I went to see Roy. Roy was as enthusiastic about my story of my vintage dress I saved up for at the age of 16 (that had recently been discovered) as I was. Roy said it had been beautifully made and while he couldn't promise anything he would try his hardest with a 3 pass dry clean. And voila. I was stunned. I couldn't believe it. I have alway found the service friendly and excellent. Never have any of my items been mixed up or lost. Moreover, when I have asked for special service, like folding or water proofing, it has been readily done. I have also benefited from advice about altering and repairing clothes to extend their use. Hang out dry cleaners is quite simply the best dry cleaning business I’ve ever used!Roy and his lovely wife Valerie really love their work and their community.One time I sent my Husband to collect my dry cleaning- and he didn’t know that I’d already paid about $100 for the bill.So he unknowingly paid again without telling me.The next time I went in, Valerie told me she’d made a mistake and credited me the money back.How is that for the most incredible honesty. If she hadn’t told me- I wouldn’t have known!Anyway- Roy and Valerie and their great business are one of the many great things that contribute to living in Leichhardt.They always play the most beautiful music in the store, and are always so friendly if you feel like having a chat.I cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve been using Roy now for three years. His care and attention to each product I’ve brought to him has been exceptional. He listens and understands, whilst providing advice and future care for your clothes. I’ve also brought him a lot camping gear (including expensive sleeping bags) and he has made the effort to clean and dry everything as it’s it was new again. I’ll be using Hang Out dry cleaning for years to come!

I discovered Hangout Drycleaners in Norton Street approx 8 years ago after I had a disastrous result with a different dry cleaning service who ruined some of my clothes.Hangout Drycleaners have been looking after all of my dry cleaning ever since and in 8 years their service and results have consistently been exemplary.I even know another local dry cleaner takes all of their delicate" items to Hangout because they are that good! Honestly best service I’ve came across in Sydney as I’ve taken my clothes to dry cleaners before but they always left small stains around but at hangout dry cleaners they managed to bring out all the stains and also bring back the original colour that was washed out which I deeply appreciate they even done a great job and discovered they’ve been in business for over 20 years so they must be doing something right and they definitely deserve the 5 stars and more as they do a great job thank you so much and wish you all the best
