Worst repair shop in Brisbane! Took them 2 month for a simple front end damage! No service whatsoever! Constantly had to ring em up enquire about the progress of the repair, which was then blamed on missing parts etc. received the car with unsprayed panels, panels not aligned and still damaged! The manager James, lying about everything along the repair! Brought the car back to them and waited another months before having enough of this side show and demanded my car back! To my surprise, literally nothing had been rectified! This is by far the worst place for you to have your car repaired!

Do not waste your time here, save your money and go elsewhere! The worst customer service from the receptionist Julie. Julie is incompetent and does not know how to do her job. It's been three weeks or more trying to request a firm quote and to come back with basic information.When we finally locked in a date to check out the vehicle for a firm quote, they turn you away because the job is too small for them! Unbelievable business and people.

Worst place ever. Had my car repaired at the start of the year through insurance job done poorly not all dents were fixed even added a scratch no bungs put on tail lights, tray was ment to be new but not clearly second hand you can see their over spray lol and rattles worst then a rattle snake on crack, my $500 slide draw to box was left outside the whole time which got damage from water. Great job still fixing their F ups. Thanks Budget Direct!!

I will never return to swains again!!!my car was in for longer than quoted for a very simple bumper spray and light replacement. The staff do not communicate with customers regarding the status of the vehicle.My car was due to be picked up on a Friday afternoon, with no communication that morning from them regarding the car I started chasing at midday.( I was told on Thursday when I called that it was just waiting quality control check off) I was eventually told that the car didn't pass quality control and was being resprayed and the paint was wet, a bit odd considering that the car was meant to be passing quality control the previous day....Monday comes around and the car isn't ready, so I head down and see the manager". he says sorry and shows me the bumper redone and tells me to come Tuesday to collect the car.Fast forward to Tuesday arvo

Going against the Feedback trend here, and I was very skeptical about their service after what I read here.However.My car was booked by my insurance company to be repaired and I can not fault them.Their communication was good. The reair so far excellent so credit where due. They did a great 5 star job.It took a bit longer than anticipated but that wS due to waiting on parts from Mazda.Thank you to all for a job well done.

To be honest, Lowest I can is one star, but this shop earns not a single start. Worst ever service. I didn't have much choice but to drop my car to Swains as it was chosen by my insurance budget direct; I removed all my all policies from them. A terrible experience is they called me to pick up my car, and when I reached there, they said sorry, this is the only part we need to fix. They Called me two times, and I returned without my car. The minor repair took them 26 days. What I recommend, Don't go to this repairer even if they provide you with free service.

I found them to professional, Spain's keeped me up date on my cars progressAnd did a great job.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!Obnoxious staff who sit behind a desk.I understand why there were previous low ratings. I would of given them a negative rating if there was an option.I drove my vehicle out of there. I will take my money and business elsewhere. This business needs to be educate themselves in customer service cause you sure as heck don't have any.Unsatisfied customer.

Diabolical Service - No communication - Lied quite a few times red handed - I will never set foot again - Budget Direct have been notified on what is going on down there. Don't think they care either.1. We dropped the car off on a Thursday and the following week received a call that parts were in and they were ready for us to drop the car off.2. Part arrived at one stage then got sent back to the distributor.3. The 3 weeks turned into 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks etc.4. We made around 29 out of the 30 calls between us and Swains. Sometimes 4 times a day still with no call-backs.5. Refused to fix the internal air fan that started making noise after the crash. It was wear and tear". Do we care? Why do they care? You quote and charge Budget Direct.6. We took back the vehicle early because we needed it to attend a family funeral with a part not in yet. The part was supposed to arrive that day but was 3 weeks before they called us in to fit it."
