I went to Eastern Tyres for getting new tyres on my hatchback. The experience was great.Once I placed the online order, I got a call from Jim to confirm that the order was received. After the tyres were delivered, I got a call from Jim to book in an appointment for service.Upon reaching the workshop, I simply had to handover the keys and rest in the office. I was told that it would take 1 hr. for the entire replacement service. And 55 mins or so in, the job was done and I got the keys back.The entire experience was great - information given on time, service started and ended on time, and done well.I strongly recommend Eastern Tyre. Good job folks!

Jimmy knows what customer service is. Polite, knowledgeable, and give great recommendations to fit your budget. Had 4 tyres replaced on my CX3 and alignment done and the team did a fantastic job. Needless to say, will be back for all future tyres and alignment work for all my cars.

Excellent service! I ordered my tyres on tyre sale and chose Eastern Tyre centre to fit them and do the alignment. Jimmy called me twice in advance to confirm the shipment and the fitting time. Everything is done in one hour. The whole process is very helpful and well organized. Definitely will recommend to my friends.
