I got two zinger box meals here today. The burgers were as good as they get. The wings were a bit dry but okay. The chips were awful. They were soggy and cold. I had upsized our meals and my chips were half full. The picture is of my chips before I ate any. My partner got more but still not a full box. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. I've not had an issue at the pialba store only a short drive up the road. I'll be sticking to the other store on the rare occasion I go to KFC.

whoever was serving today at 3:00pm, was a really nice - (didn’t catch their name). the rest of the employees at the back doing the food, need to get their attitude in check. just because you messed up an order, and we came back and said something about it, does not give you the right to say to your ‘workmates’ that it’s our fault! next time check the actual order and you wouldn’t have that problem. the screen is in front of you, and if you don’t know how to make something - ask politely. also the food was not that great, the tables were filthy. will not be back here again.

Got the mixed feast tonight. The chips where under cooked. Some of chicken was ok and some was every dry. Very disappointing.

Bought spicy chicken burger for over $8.00. what I received was absolute rubbish. one piece of over cooked crumbed chicken and one piece of very old lettuce. how do they justify the price for this. made the mistake of buying another of the same and got the same dreadful burger. will never recommend this store and product ever.

Lady at service was quite nice, lady our back making burgers had an absolutely disgusting attitude, made our order wrong and when returned said it was our fault and shoved it through the hot box. She was loud enough I could hear her from the front of the store. Absolutely rude and horrible behaviour all around. Tables were disgusting and food was mediocre. Recommend going to maccas across the road, should get better service atleast.

Always a hit and miss, fingers crossed you get what you ordered for one and then fingers crossed it's actually good. We have been given the wrong persons order and had to drive back, ordered half and half original and hot and spicy and only received original, one order is perfect large tasty pieces of chicken then the next time the smallest peices that weren't worth paying for. About to give up on this place and drive into town and hope that are more consistent!

WOW! I have Had Kentucky Fried Chicken all over the world but NOTHING like this This crew really do the Colonel proud and the food is SMASHING! This is an experience to never forget its worth the drive to taste the best & forget the rest it really is FINGER LICKIN' GOOD!

Order The $12.95 Tenders Box The Tenders Were So Dry & Hard On The Outside, They Gave ChipsWhich Were Soggy & Not Delicious In Any Shape Or Form.I'm Very Disappointed In KFC Urangan Today. I'm Not Going To Put This Against Me Going Back Because Most Of The Time Everything Is Delicious!Also I Understand It Is The End Of The Day So The Tenders Have Probably Been In There For a Few Hours But They Should Make Sure They Aren't Dry Or Hard!Hope You Guys Take Some Of This Feedback In & Improve Quality.Thankyou,

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and large chips separately instead of a meal deal.I was surprised by the other piece of chicken they gave me.I can understand if it is a meal deal or something but to get 1 chicken with almost the same size as 1 wicked wing and pay for the full price is very wrong.I asked the lady there that I ordered 2 pieces of chicken with the same price. She just said yeah that’s correct and she did it purposely. Wow.Please control the quality, I also worked in hospitality and serving food. Even I know this is not correct.Can you Imagine buying 2 piece of chicken also for a friend and they get that small bits for the same price? I am glad that this is food is just some sides from the other food I am getting.The lady finally said she can change it after insisting for long and just gave me the look like make fun of me.I love KFC and I bought kfc from all around the world, from the UK, South Korea, south east asian countries and lots of times here in Australia and this is the first time I got treated like this.The large chips is also soggy even when I tried it before going back home but I am not fussy about that, I just chuck most of them in the bin.At least the chicken is nice since I waited for it to be cooked as they didn’t have any when I was there.

Food is usually pretty good. However the last 3 weeks maybe a month, the app has been down and they won't honour the app deals. Tonight, I and also I saw 2 other cars just drive through the drive-thru without getting anything. They really need to fix the app or at least honour the deals.
