I would not recommend this company to install a bird bath let alone a pool. Pool contract was signed in July 2020 to start construction at the end of October 2020. It is now March 2021 and it is still not completed. The owners do not return phone calls and will outright lie to you. They have no respect for a contract, in fact I think they store them to use as loo paper should there be another shortage. If you are contemplating a pool in the Townsville area I would suggest you use another more professional and reputable company and avoid these clowns like the plague.

Avoid avoid avoid. Total and absolute crooks. Sold high-priced equipment and didn't even give what I asked for. Then never heard from them again. Off to court we go.

Have been waiting over 7mths for pool lights been told every storey from they are coming thursday to they forgot to order them. Ive called in , emailed, rang they straight out lie to you, very disappoiniting.

Phoned up to enquire about a pool blanket.Very helpful.Went in n ordered n paid for it the next day.4 -5 day turn around quoted. Awesome I thought.Weeks later n many phone calls/msgs left . Thought it was all sorted n they even said they would deliver it because of the inconvenience caused.No blanket arrived.No explanation as to its where abouts when i rang again.I gave up after 5 weeks n went in n asked for a full refund.Which i got.Now, where else to shop?
