I made my first purchase last week and so very happy that I did. The customer service was excellent and products are absolutely what I expected from the website. I received a call right after placing my order to discuss the shipping and Graeme checked my location details and said he would call back with the best options. Less than 30 minutes later he called back with best prices and within an hour I had the confirmation email from the delivery company that had collected my order which was in my home less than 48 hours later.

Greta service and lots of friendly help. What more could you ask for. Graeme and Jenny were very helpful and even added an extra drink bottle as a gift.I ordered the items over the weekend and they were all delivered by Wednesday the next week.Since the parcel arrived I had a couple of extra questions and they always replied to me very promptly. Great range of products and fantastic customer service, fast shipping and always packaged well, however, there needs to be a way to review items individually. For example The heart shape rock slate doesn't sit on the provided stands very well and isn't stable. This is something I might like to know when deciding to purchase an item. It does sublimate beautifully though.
