Service was ok last time I had my car serviced here, price was good etc but when trying to book another service and it was going to be almost 4 weeks before they could do it, you're forced to take your toyota elsewhere. I did ring and ask for assistance but service staff were generally unhelpful...

Highly recommend!Took our (in limp mode) Landy to these guys, after calling on a Wednesday arvo- they managed to fit us in the very next morning!(we were travelling back from WA to Vic. And had limited time to get back to work!!)Everyone at Barossa was extremely helpful and found the issue after investigation and managed to fix it at a minimum cost, time and fuss.Thank you so very much to all involved.

Saw a used car we liked on the web but did not know the location. Made enquires online and decided to go for a drive. Worth the effort from Adelaide. Very good service with no pressure on a long test drive around scenic Tanunda. Bought the car and drove home in it

Took my car in for a service, I just recently had a hip operation and couldn't walk far.They were so accommodating and friendly. They dropped me off to my destination and picked me up when I was ready no hesitation , I was greated by a lovely receptionist who asked I she could get me coffee or tea. Best service thank you.

Big thanks to Matthew at Barossa Valley Toyota for putting our mind at ease. Check engine lights came on when towing the van back to Adelaide...he was friendly and very accommodating to help us out despite calling in without a service booking. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly as usual but the young girl at the front desk, I think her name was Georgina went the extra mile. Asked me for a coffee,made me a Capuchino, set up the table for coffee and gave me the remote to the tv in the visitors waiting room. This young lady went the extra mile to keep customers happy . I hope management realise this and the potential this young lady could have as a carreer at Toyota. Well done.

Great country service,Thanks Matt,Helped out family out when we were in a bit of a uncomfortable situation re our LC200 entering limp modeI live down near the Bay and will consider driving to Tanunda for services in the future, much nicer service than certain Adelaide Dealers

Went to look at a RAV4 Hybrid and spoke to someone, sorry I can't remember there name. They were helpful and advised there's a minimum of 4 months possibly 6 wait. I couldn't even go for a test drive. Not the dealer's fault just the times we live in.
