Just bought the Milwaukee Mower. Michael sorted it out. Thought I would take the time to write a review as the service is so much better than the other competition. You feel welcome in the store and not pressured to buy. Thanks a lot.

A great range of items and staff more helpful and friendly than other tool shops I go to. Although, what would really set them apart from the competition is if there wasn’t the assumption that I’m just buying tools for jobs around the house. To his merit, he was a lovely man who assisted me and I understand it’s probably unconscious social conditioning but unfortunately for me it’s just another one of those experiences as a woman that needs to buy tools for work in the 21st century.

I ordered a tool trolley and it arrived very quickly and the staff was quick and active to do so. The staff was very kind and I'm satisfied with the product. Thank you! Michael

EDIT: Hi owner, thank you for your reply. I checked in your store at 9.14am on 16 October, 2021 and the photo was taken at 9.15am. If you still have security footage, you can investigate further. I had to admit that your store is close to me and the model you are selling is a bit advanced one. I believe that you are not selling seconds/returns but the staff's service level is really poor.Anyway, I hope the staff at your store will be trained well and serve the customers in a proper way, in the future.I went to Sydneytools straight away after visited your store.===Very pool customer service. Not recommended. Got a similar model from Sydney tools instead.The staff did not know anything about the product. Ironically, he claimed that this product came without box and sold as is. Price firm although it looks like a second / returned machine.I could see the box is opened and damaged, on the top shelf~ then he drove the lift platform and found out all the accessaries were in that box. Then he claimed that as it is for trades - every machine has to be tested when first arrives the shop.Anyway, a similar model from Sydney tools cost me just $700 and it was in a sealed box. I am quite happy with the purchase.

Massive shop very well laid out got some nice tools in there. Great prices too

Purchased two items ticketed for $35 each, looked at my receipt and was charged $42 each.I queried this with the cashier who said it must have been on the wrong hook'I showed were it was and that the ticket matched the item

Phenomenon customer service - they treat customers truly well and are so damn helpful. Wish I caught the man's name who served me, he was nothing short of wonderful.

Is good for sales service, very very bad for after service, I got blade nail gun from July 2022, and broken down January 2023, send for warranty for 5 weeks, now come back to me not in warranty need to pay $299for service and buy part to repair.
