Absolute hidden gem of aviation. I have just done my instrument rating with the most experienced single- and multi-engine instrument pilot in this country, providing tons of hands on tips for instrument flying. Not just theory but practical tips and experience! Where else would you have one of the most talented Royal Flying Doctors pilot teaching you their best procedures? It is absolutely priceless. And their fleet is perfect for any kind of training - most modern IFR machines, best tailwheel trainers, aerobatics... List goes on and on. Even if you are in WA it is worth doing a trip to get trained by The Best in this country!

We had a great fun this weekend. I bought the flight for my wife since she was keen to try to manage a vehicle. So staff is super friendly and positive, fleet is pretty comfy and revamped, good organisation despite the fact that they changed the program to another on since lack of a plane. Flying is super easy.

Craig and the team at Curtis are the best! If you want to learn to fly (properly) look no where else this is a school renowned by industry pilots and highly regarded. Highly experienced, dedicated to your progression and passion. Don’t look elsewhere this is “The Flight School!!”

I booked learn to fly 30 minutes session for my husband as a birthday surprise. It was lifetime amazing experience for him and wanted to come back again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pilot Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. After flying session he showed us other different features plane. Thanks for amazing experience

Great experience, very friendly and casual. My pilot Yash was very professional, walked me through some of the controls and felt like flying with a mate.Highly recommend.

Arrived on time but ended up waiting around outside the demountable for about 20mins before anyone showed up but once the paperwork was found and my instructor arrived, everything was good. Instructor was friendly and reassuring, plane was in good condition, clean and simple enough to operate. I recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of flying with Curtis Aviation, accompanied by an exceptional instructor named Damian. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of incredible.First time flying in a tail wheel and definitely recommend it to anyone. I bought my wife a joy flight for her birthday and as a spur of the moment decision I also indulged. The experience was unbelievable. The views were breathtaking and we were also able to spend time controlling the plane in flight.
