ALARM MAINTENANCE

My Alarm Keyboard tossed it in and I was told I would have to buy a new Alarm as it was no longer available.(Clipsal) I managed to find Paul’s Company Alarm Maintenance on line and sent an enquiry to Paul.I sent the Keyboard to Paul, he refurbished it and sent it back. I had set of my smoke alarm while doing some renovations, despite blowing out the dust I could not reset the fire alarm on my Chubb Security Pad. Chubb did not have the answer and wanted to send out a technician. Checking the service price I call Alarm Maintenance and spoke to Paul. Paul was able to help me over the phone to reset the alarm and did not charge me a cent. Great service and nice guy who knows his stuff. I know where I will be going for maintenance on my alarm system in future. Thanks Paul.

We were moving bits and pieces into a new house on a Sunday afternoon when we set off the alarm which had not been used by the previous owners for quite some time. The alarm malfunctioned and sounded loudly, and we had no idea how to turn it off.Paul from Alarm Maintenance was at our place within 45 minutes. He was familiar with the system and was quick to repair and reset the alarm for future use. We were unfamiliar with the use of an alarm, so he patiently showed us how to use it for all levels of the house.Next time anything electric goes wrong I’ll ask Paul first before contacting anyone else. I highly recommend him as a responsive professional who knows his way around alarms (and probably more).

Paul was great. He was at the house about 20 minutes after I called him. He went through each step that he was doing when he was fixing the alarm. I highly recommend Paul.

I had a problem with my security system chirping every 9 hours which I had tried everything to fix but could not. I had contacted a few security firms but they were not interested. Finally and fortunately I called Paul at Alarm Maintenance. He was able to make a date and time to attend my house (a Saturday). He is an excellent tradesman and was very familiar with my security system. He gave the whole system a service and stopped the chirping. I highly recommend Paul for security system maintenance.

Talk about good old fashioned service, Paul knows alarms, his follow up is something i have not experienced for many many years. I have a young relative in the alarm business and when i asked him where i could purchase a key pad, his answer was we'll replace the whole system". I am advising him that there is someone in Melbourne who has the answers
